1. Will the design be compatible with my embroidery machine?

Our designs are compatible with majority of embroidery machines, such as:

Brother, Tajima, Janome, Bernina, Elna, Husqvarna, Viking, Singer, Melco, Barudan, Babylock and Kenmore.

Following files formats will be included: PES, PEC, EXP, DST, HUS, JEF, VP3, VIP, XXX and PDF – worksheet.

2. Can I resize the design?

Resizing is not recommended as it may affect quality of the design. We do not take any responsibility for the quality of the design if you alter them in any way.

3. Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of the product, we do Not offer refunds. Please read carefully the product description, and make sure you are buying what you where looking for.

4. I bought the design, how can I access it?

When payment is completed, direct link to download the file will be displayed, in addition email with link will be sent to email address provided during the purchase.

If you decide to open an account with us, your orders will be available for download after you log in to “My Account”.

5. I can’t open downloaded file?

Designs are combined into 1 file. To access them you will need to unzip/extract/unpack main file using build in Windows software or other programs such as Win Rar or Win Zip.

6. How can I pay?

We accept card payments using safe and encrypted third part service – “Stripe”. Please visit www.stripe.com for more info.

7.Do you test your designs?

Yes. All designs are tested for quality prior to release.

8. Can I use those designs commercially?

Yes, You may use these files to make items for personal use or to sell, but you may not resell or distribute the designs.

9. I am not happy with the design?

All designs are of excellent quality and fully tested, but final outcome may be affected by other reasons such as incorrect or blunt needles, poor quality thread, incorrect backing, etc. Always use an appropriate backing for the fabric You are embroidering on, and make sure that the fabric is properly hooped. Even if You only do a test stitch out.

If you not getting expected results do not hesitate to contact us, we will try our best to help resolve any issues.

10. Do you offer custom embroidery service?

No, we do not offer bespoke design/conversion service.
